Our conference will take place at the Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel, located at 901 Dixon Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1J5.
Paid self-parking is available onsite at a flat rate of $15.00 CAD per vehicle per day, which applies to overnight and same day attendees.
If your attendance at the conference is sponsored by CHILD-BRIGHT, your accommodation and travel will be coordinated by us. You may communicate directly with childbright2026@child-bright.ca with any questions.

What if Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel is unavailable?
If rooms at the Marriott are unavailable or you prefer other options, here’s a select list of nearby accommodations that are within walking distance or a short ride to the Marriott (listed in order from closest to furthest):
Public transportation options
1.0km distance from hotel. A roundtrip complimentary Airport shuttle is available through the Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel.
23.6km distance from hotel. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service from this airport. Take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar from Queens Quay West at Bathurst St East Side to Union Station, take the UP express to Terminal 1, take the free shuttle to the hotel.
UP Express (Union Pearson Express), 25 minute service from Union Station to Airport Terminal 1, take free shuttle from there.
Toronto’s intercity terminal is now the Union Station Bus Terminal (USBT) at 81 Bay Street (CIBC Square). From there, walk indoors to Union Station, take the Union Pearson Express (UP Express) to Toronto Pearson International Airport – Terminal 1, and then take the free hotel shuttle. (Note: the former “Metro Toronto Coach Terminal” is permanently closed.)

Yes. Both the hotel and conference venue entrances are fully ramp accessible, and accessible parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel. Please note that only one fully accessible guest room is available at the main Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel. Additional accessible rooms are available at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott (a two-minute walk away).
Yes. Reserved seating (for example, front-row seating or space for a support person or mobility aid) can be arranged.
Presentation and program materials will be designed with accessibility in mind, using clear fonts, high contrast, and plain language. Large-print or digital versions can be provided upon request.
We will make every effort to provide American Sign Language (ASL) or other sign-language interpretation where requested. Please indicate this need as early as possible so we can explore options. Availability may depend on budget and interpreter scheduling.
Assistive listening devices (ALDs) can be arranged if requested in advance. Please specify this on your registration form so we can coordinate with the hotel’s audio-visual (AV) team.
Yes. A designated “Comfort Room” will be available as a quiet, low-stimulation space featuring dimmable lighting, comfortable seating, and optional arts-and-crafts materials for sensory grounding.
