Before our in-person conference, three days of virtual pre-conference talks will “prepare the soil” by fostering early knowledge exchange and connection across Canada and beyond.

• Research teams (researchers, trainees, students, and PWLEs) will deliver 10-minute presentations followed by five-minute extended discussions, highlighting project aims, progress, learnings, and impact.

• Independent PWLEs may give a 10-minute presentation with extended discussions, OR have digital outputs—such as videos, audio recordings, graphics, or art-based pieces—featured in a virtual showcase.
