Presentations should highlight the project’s key aims, progress, learnings, and anticipated impact. Upload your slide deck to the speaker platform by January 11, 2026.

    • Partners with lived and living experience: Please share either A) a 10-minute overview presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A or B) digital outputs (video/audio recordings, graphics, or arts-based work) about your patient and/or research journey. Please upload your slides and/or digital outputs to the speaker platform by January 11, 2026.

  • The Dynamic Knowledge Exchange Session is designed for researchers, trainees, and partners to showcase their work in creative and accessible ways – such as posters, infographics, videos, or art-based work.

    • Please upload a one-page visual summary of the project work to the speaker platform by January 11, 2026.

    • Prepare an elevator pitch of no more than 3 minutes

    • Be ready to engage with attendees in a brief Q&A and discussion.

  • Please prepare a 10-minute “TED Talk”-style presentation focused on insights, lessons learned, and outcomes related to partnered implementation and knowledge mobilization research in childhood disability. Upload any slides to the speaker platform by January 11, 2026.

This format is intended to be dynamic, engaging, and story-driven—highlighting not just the work, but what the work has taught us about methods, collaboration, and implementation in real-world environments. Principal Investigators and partners with lived and living experience can co-present the talk. For guidance on how to prepare your presentation, consult this speaker guide.
